Once a year, one of the hottest tickets in town is an invitation from an International Tower resident to watch the Long Beach Grand Prix. On the South and Southwest side of the Tower, owners’ wrap-around balconies become VIP boxes.Care for a walk? From the International Tower, you can do just that, in spectacular style. To the Long Beach Performing Arts Center, and the award-winning International City Theater. Another, before dinner, takes you to the Pine Street scene, to East Village or Marina bay front restaurants. You don’t need your car to get to Long Beach’s Aquarium of the Pacific, or the exciting new Pike Market outlet store center.
A serious biker or walker? There’s easy access to Alamitos Beach pathways (now separated for walkers and bikers) as well as the pleasure boat marina, rainbow Lagoon, bay front Bixby Park, vibrant Ocean Boulevard and colorful downtown itself.
